Rafael Hunter Idea Forge is a procedural game concept generator designed for indie developers, solo creators, game designers and game jam participants.

Instead of giving you a fixed list of ideas, the tool combines dozens of creative categories such as genre, theme, setting, player role, core mechanic, secondary mechanic, objective, enemies, antagonist, progression, rewards, narrative twist, visual direction, audio direction, platform, controls, scope and production constraints.

Because these elements can be combined in so many different ways, the number of possible results reaches an enormous scale, with effectively billions upon billions of potential game concepts and variations.

The most useful part is the lock system: if you like a specific element, you can lock it and reroll only the remaining fields. This makes it possible to refine a rough idea step by step instead of starting over every time.
